The McGrail family has partnered with the University of Georgia Foundation in establishing an endowment fund in Kelli's memory. The endowment fund establishes the Kelli McGrail Memorial Scholarship Award for graduate students in the College of Education. The scholarship award is limited those students earning a Masters in Teaching degree in social studies education. Kelli was near the completion of her Masters in Teaching Social Studies Education.
